The Cambridge PTO Communications platforms should be used in the following ways:
Monday Mail: General School Wide PTO Announcements mailed by the administration once a week
Social Media: General PTO Announcements to the Community, Facebook and Instagram
Website: General PTO Announcements to the Community
eBlast: Items that are of a more urgent matter to be distributed amongst PTO membership
Homeroom Parents: PTO Communications that are of utmost urgency to alert the school as a whole
Cambridge Newsletter: Mails out to the PTO Membership list the first week of each month
Volunteer Sign Up Request: For use by PTO Chairs and Committees when volunteers or donations will need to be made on behalf of the PTO. Please be sure to include a link to your sign-up genius!
Should you have information that needs to be sent to our Cambridge parents that is not PTO related, please email Jenny Gonzales at jgonzalez@ahisd.net. If you would like information sent to the AHISD School District that is not PTO related, please send to Ema Sanchez at esanchez@ahisd.net.
